Empowered Postpartum- LIVE Virtual Class

Join Maricel (Raising Moms) for the “Empowered Postpartum” class. This course will cover all the tips and tricks to surviving the fourth trimester. Learn newborn basics such as feeding, sleep, soothing, and bonding. We’ll cover everything from how to change a diaper to what to do when your baby is crying.  

This class will also cover postpartum tips for the birthing person. Welcoming a new baby comes with its own challenges. Learn tips on how to create a strong support system and have tools ready to help cope with the emotional, physical and mental rollercoaster that is MOTHERHOOD.

The course is taught by labor nurses/doulas/moms, providing you with all the info we wish every birthing person had. We are offering this class LIVE ONLINE so you can learn all the things from the comfort of your own home!

This course will cover topics like: creating your birth/postpartum plan, pain management, signs of labor, what to expect while in labor, hospital interventions, communicating with your birth team, immediate postpartum care, and breastfeeding. Partners are welcome!
